- The IT department having set up connections between the booking system and the Hotels’ customer management system.
External recipients : subcontractors, providers, banks. The transmission of information is solely for the purpose of the perfect execution by the Residence L’Archipel of the services you have requested and the exclusive pursuit of your satisfaction. Finally, local or national administrative or judicial authorities if they request access to your personal data to the extent required by law.

Sensitive transactions
Transactions of a sensitive nature (bank details, etc.) are transmitted in a secure mode using encryption and authentication algorithms. These secure transactions are identifiable by the presence of a closed padlock in most browsers.
More specifically, it is specified that for payment purposes, bank details are collected and stored by our providers in terms of online booking engine D-EDGE certified PCI-DSS and HMS certified NF525. However, the Residence L’Archipel does not control all risks related to the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of Internet users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and operation.

We process your personal data on OVH servers hosted in France. Your personal data is therefore processed on a French server. Similarly, we impose on our providers or subcontractors having access to your personal data solely within the framework of managing your booking and/or stay at the Residence L’Archipel the same security conditions. Their servers are located in France and are thus subject to the same European regulation applicable in terms of personal data security.
HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA RETAINED?
The personal data you provide to us is retained for a maximum period of 10 years, from the date of your last activity on our website or from the departure date of your last stay.
