PREAMBLE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to services provided by the Residence L’Archipel*** within the framework of an accommodation contract, the contract and the General Terms and Conditions forming an inseparable whole. The beneficiary is the individual who benefits from the hotel services reserved under the accommodation contract. The accommodation of a group of persons will be subject to special conditions communicated by quotation directly to the beneficiaries.

RESERVATION
You have the possibility to book your stay online on our website www.archipel-residence.com.

After clicking on the “BOOK” button from the homepage, you will be redirected to our secure booking tool whose URL begins with https://www.secure-hotel-booking.com/.

After selecting the dates of your stay, the available room categories and rates will be displayed.

By positioning your cursor on the “i” located under the rate heading, the booking and cancellation conditions will be displayed.

After selecting the desired room category and rate by clicking “BOOK”, you will be invited to enter your personal information and to accept our General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as our privacy policy.

PAYMENT
The final step consists of providing us with a credit card number with expiration date and security code in order to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation is finalized when you validate your payment.

Payments must be made with one of the cards below, through our secure website pages. Your credit card details will be encrypted with SSL protocol (Secured Socket Layer) up to 128 bits. Your credit card details can never be transmitted over the internet without being encrypted.

Upon arrival: Mandatory ID card/passport + full payment of stay + room security deposit by credit card (€1 blocked on the credit card). Checks are not accepted.

Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on site.

A confirmation email summary will then be sent to you.

TAXES
Rates are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes may be charged additionally.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For our Public rate, upon booking, 30% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.

In case of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable non-refundable offers).

However, certain cancellation conditions may vary depending on the selected rates.

THE HOTEL RESIDENCE AND ITS SERVICES
The Residence L’Archipel*** undertakes to make rooms available to beneficiaries from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (except in exceptional cases). Rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

The children’s breakfast rate applies to children from 4 years to 11 years of age inclusive.
For security and hygiene reasons, our animal friends are not permitted in the establishment.
An additional charge may be applied in case of non-compliance with the maximum departure time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is solely responsible for any material and/or bodily damage caused by himself or by the beneficiaries (representatives of the client and/or its subsidiaries, employees, guests) in each hotel providing accommodation.

The swimming pool at Residence Archipel*** is not supervised. Children, in particular, may only access the pool under the supervision of the adults accompanying them. Archipel*** disclaims all responsibility in case of accident.

RELOCATION
In the event of exceptional circumstances or occasional force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate, partially or totally, the beneficiaries in a nearby hotel of equivalent category, without additional charge, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining the responsibility of the hotels, which shall not be liable for any compensation.

CONSUMER DISPUTE MEDIATION
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to use free of charge the mediation service offered by L’Archipel Residence***. The consumer mediator thus offered is AME CONSO.
